Case study - 3B.net
3B is a revolutionary social shopping experience. Women in particular enjoy browsing while they shop, and the addition of avatars enables friends to go shopping plus empowers shop assistants in a way not seen on the web before.Purple was involved in developing all aspects of 3B's software: the desktop application including the 3D engine and avatars, backend server, chat server, as well as the integration with retail sites.
PROCESS
Purple develops both Web-based and Desktop applications though most of the Desktop applications have a web connectivity element.
